Hi..everyone..I have sent my notice of assessment to cic by post and my lawyer also sent it via email..but they had not replied back or confirmed receiving it. I am really worried as they might make their decision based on the last yr's NOA in whcih I have only worked for 5 months.

Do you think I should email them again? it is late anyway and will it create confusion since my lawyer deals with my stuffs? or

is it better to wait until cic ask for it? do cic ever ask for the main check list documents or they presume it to be incomplete and make a negative decision?

pls help ..I am really worried.

You should send additional correspondence/documents ONCE, not twice (mail and email). CIC does NOT acknowledge receipt (frustrating, I know, but that is how it is). Please be patient, and stop bombarding CIC :) That only increases their workload and slows down processing.

CIC will not refuse your application for the lack of an updated NOA.
