Hi guys, at the final stages of my package. I have a practical question: I will probably send everything next week to my wife and I will travel to Canada a couple of days later for a long weekend.
Last time I travelled to Canada was in July, and that is the date I put on my forms when asked, but when the package will arrive in Mississauga I will probably have completed my next trip. Should I perhaps write a note explaining that I am planning a trip in the short term? I want to come out whiter than white with the officials.
Many thanks in advance for your help

If the date that the application will be signed is before your next trip, then you don't have to mentioned it.

As a general rule, write things as they are on the date you sign the document. If your document is dated Nov 20, it has to reflect the truth as is on Nov 20.

Of course, you could attach a small note with an explanation. Just make sure that on the form you write exactly what is true on the date it is dated and signed.

Correct. If a question remains shaded out, it is not applicable.
