Last name issue with the documents. Help out please..

Hello,

In my marksheets & my address proof, my name is there just with an initial (Muthukumar K). But in all my employment records, my name is there with the last name (Muthukumar Kathirvel). Will that affect the ECA & VISA application in anyway. If so, what should i do ?? Please help me out guys.

I'm guessing even your passport will have the expanded initials. It won't be a problem.
