Hello Members,

I amd from India. I have a query regarding my lastname mismatches. I have submitted my EE Application, but my lastname is as below in the different documents.

Passport and IELTS : Rubesh Kumar Jayakumar
ECA : Kumar J , Rubesh
Education and Work Documents : Rubesh Kumar J

Will this become an issue? please advice what should i be doing if it is an issue.

You should get an affidavit made stating that all these three names are one and the same person. Ask any notary/lawyer in your city for a "one and same person" affidavit; it's a common document.

This is not mandatory, but given that you have multiple documents with different names, it's recommended. Upload that affidavit, along with a letter explaining it via the IRCC Webform.

You could also just upload a letter without the affidavit.
