Last name change during PR application process

I have a question. I have changed my last name from married name to maiden name. (I have annulled my first marriage) How do I inform CIC? Which email address the I have to send? Myself and my common-law partner have done our medical.

you have to email/fax them a copy of your new passport. Send it to the visa office, per their instructions about contacting them.
