LAST MINUTE ADVICES

Hi everybody

We are about to sent our inland sponsorship application, we think everything is ready and all we need is included in the application except from the option c, we wrote a letter explaining why we couldn't attach it, we just need last minute advice from experienced people so we make sure we didn't make any common mistakes. We are both from the younger generation so we r sorry if this question sounds dump but how do we address the envelope?
Also we paid 550$ for the PR application plus 255$ for the work permit, is these the right numbers?
