Last date to apply for visa for Sept 2017 session

I am still waiting for my transcripts from the university which is why I cannot apply to the college of my choice in Canada. I will get the transcript around 18 June and only after that will I be able to apply to the college.

I just want to know if I can apply for visa in late July as it will take time for the college to process application and then to pay fee. Can someone tell the last date by which I can apply for the visa and get it in time for this session?

Ya you can apply application is everyday weekdays except holidays and try to check the processing time online
