please give me suggestion if I apply for may session and apply in April 4 will there be any problem regarding late apply of visa.

On website it says they recommend applying by April 1 for May intake to avoid chances of getting refused.
So you would be taking a huge risk of applying after April 1.
You can still apply and get approved but there are more chances of refusal as CIC says so.
"We strongly recommend that you submit your application at least three months ahead of your proposed date of travel. Applications received after 1 April for May entry, after 1 August for September entry, and after 1 December for January entry may not be processed in time for the start of the class and may be refused."

In most cases they will give the visa but you will have to defer your studies, since it will be close to date of classes starting or it is just after classes start and college.university will not allow you to start your studies late.
