Last bits for application

I have 4 kids one who was born in canada and the other 3 whos dad is canadian.
We sent off for there citizenship certificates in May and am not sure if we will hear anything bk b4 sending my application.
Should i send a copy of the receipt i sent with there application to prove they are already canadians?

Welcome to the forum! and yes, you can include the receipts for citizenship certificates of your kids as proof that they're Can. Citizens, so there shouldn't be any problem.
