language test TEF IELTS urgeeeent

Hello everyone,
I live in China and would like to open my profile for immigration, Im in need to pass the language test, as I speak French and English I would like to get both of them in order to gain more points, but the problem is the IELTS is the only available test to take at the moment, Is it possible for me to open my profile with the test results of the IELTS test first then submit the TEF results later? wont that affect my application and my points? is it possible to do so?

You can always start with IELTS but you won't be able to claim points for french unless you take TEF

I will take both of them, but in china only the IELTS is available now, can I open my profile with IELTS results first and then once I get the TEF results i can modify?add them on my profile?
