My wife is currently awaiting the Ontario nomination. Her French and English tests are expiring soon. If she receives the nomination and the tests have expired before she receives the ITA, does she still have to re-take the tests even though she has been selected and do not need the CRS-related points anymore? The 600 points of the nomination alone are more than enough for her to receive the ITA, but I fear that IRCC will still ask for valid tests. Also, she has to re-take the tests, would she have to re-take both French and English, or one would be enough?
