Language Test Date or Test Result Date

My case is this:

I had ITA FSW(outland)on 29th May, 2019 after more than 2 years of waiting. However, the IELTS I used had Test Date of 13th May, 2017 and Test result date of 28th September, 2017. The reason for the long interval being between the two dates was due to the remarking of my Speaking test which was upgraded from 6.5 to 7.0.

Now , I have submitted my application on 20th June,2019. 2 years after the test date but still remains like 3 months to the 2 years of the Test result date.

So please is my IELTS still valid for the processing of my applicat
