Language section is missing in PR application submit.

I'm about to submit my PR application, however I can't find Language section to upload my IELTS certificate.
I remember i uploaded it before, but now can't find it to check.
Is there any issue or it is standard behavior to remove section after upload?

There is no "language" placeholder for your IETLS.

Upload it in the education section.
