Language Requirement for Citizenship only IELTS and CELPIP ??No other options ?

Please help me... only 2 exams to meet the language requirements for citizenship ? there is no other alternative ways? like I had done my Bachelors in India from a University where English was primary mode of teaching but , no where on my degree it's mentioned language of instruction " English " But the certificate is in english, and I have given TOEFL exam long back and I have that certificate , but CIC website clearly mentioned that no other 3rd party exams will be acceptable apart from IELTS and CELPIP, please seniors help me, I am about to submit my application soon, thank you in advance

What about the transcript? Can the University provide something?

I was a dependent, when applied no need of English test for spouse , no w I am in confusion
