Language requirement for CEC

Hi,

I graduated from a designated institute with a certificate. I read somewhere that I can use that as a language proof. Do I need to take any other language tests if I am to apply under CEC or PNP ?

You have to take IELTS or CELPIP if You want to apply under CEC. I dont know about PNP

The only place to read about these things is CIC's website. And that tells you to get IELTS or CELPIP.
