Language qualifications other than IELTS and CELPIP?

Hi

Could any English language qualification other than IELTS or CELPIP fulfil the language requirement of Express Entry?

I have completed a bachelor degree as well as a diploma program (IB) in English.

I very much doubt it. There are some very highly qualified people here who are applying for Express Entry and they too have to do IELTS or CELPIP.

In fact, when I done my IELTS there was an English TEACHER who had to do her IELTS for Express Entry
