Hi All.
Does successfully completion of 2 semesters (1 Year) "graduate certificate program offered on a part-time basis through the Faculty of Continuing Education and Training" at Seneca can be counted as language proof ?

Once you submit the application, the assessing officer would only be able to determine if it would be accepted or not. If the application is returned because the language proof is not accepted, then you might need to do IELTS general or CELPIP G or CELPIP LS

I recall it should be degree or diploma.
I am not sure if your certification is valid for language prove.

I have question how many courses you studied during one year and you finished the program or not?
