Hello,

I have a friend who has recently applied for immigration under FSW2. He has a son that is 18 months old. While filling the details of family members in the application for permanent residence form, what should he write for native language. His son is only 18 months old and he does not speak any language yet. Can he write N/A there. Also he does not have a passport, what should he write in the passport field.

Thank you sir !! :)

well. I have mentioned English.

Why? Anything the baby understands by listening or when tries to speak a few wrds - those are all in English.

I don't think this is a big of a deal!

Simsinghgill,

PMM is very right. However, your friend needs to actually apply for the son's passport asap if his country issues passports to children that age. He should then update the application with the son's passport number at the time of sending the documents to the local visa office recommended by CIO. By the way, you wrote that your friend has recently applied for immigration under FSW2 but also say that he's not yet filled the application for permanent residence??? Just a mistake???

Hi Essat,

That was just a mistake, he is going to apply very soon. Thank you for your suggestion.
