our landlord has sponsored his daughter to Canada since 2012. he has her living in our basement and only paying us back $50. for hydro and water, and $15. for internet. she is now conducting business in our basement doing "hair do's" and has a website with our address listed on it. we stumbled upon the website by accident, as this info was not shared with us before. if he is still sponsoring her, is he still completely responsible to support her in every way. if she is eligible to work in Canada, this is then a moot point, but her and her Dad are getting away with something here that doesn't feel right. they are quite secretive about it so we just wanted to check things out for ourselves.
