Hello. I would really like to know that if for example in my TRV I put that I will go to Vancouver but I ended up going to somewhere else like Saskatchewan instead, would that be a big problem? There is nothing in the trv that states intended destination does it?

It should not if you are able to explain at POE why you ever go to SK.
