In the goods accompanying list what exactly needs to be included? I just want to make sure I am filling it in right. Also the PA is landing on his own and I will land later. He will not have 'Goods to Follow' but I will. Does he have to have the GTF form or will it be sufficient for me to have it with me later?

He don't have to fill the form if there is no goods to follow.
You should prepare a form and get it stamped when you land later, for the stuff what you are sending by cargo/carrier.
