Landing Query: Canadian resident, COPR received, have to leave Canada for work

Hi all,

With God's grace, I received my COPR yesterday.
Many many thanks to peers in this forum("Express Entry" section) based on whose advise I decided some crucial things about my application.

I am a Canadian resident and will be travelling to Germany for work in February 6th for 3 weeks.
Since PR card processing times are upto 2-3 months now, I do not want to deal with doing my landing right away and then have to apply for a PRTD from Europe.

Since my permanent resident visa expires in July, 2017, would I be ok to do my landing just when I return from Germany in February end?

You will get your PR card only after you landed. As long as you land before the visa expire or when the COPR say you need to land by, then you are ok
