Hi All,
I have a query to confirm.

In case we get visa with expiry sep 1st, 2010. (me + spouse) And If i wish to not migrate this time and just complete the landing to avoid visa expiry (b4 Sep 10, 2010) is it possible that i go alone complete all the PR etc things and come back.

If possible, what will be the visa status of my family then ?

1. Your 'landing' & coming back query is Ok. But, don't forget the min 'residency requirements'.
2. Your dependents case -Not Ok. They also need to land, on or before their Visa Expiry, Else they loose their PR.

You must live in Canada for a minimum of 730 days out of the 5 years to renew your PR Status, that is the "min residency req"
