so I sponsored my husband and he got the visa. the only direct flight from my home country to Canada is to Montreal. we stated that we will land in Ottawa. we have a via rail booking, hotel booking in Ottawa. we have to go to immigration because we need to get our luggage. will immigration allow my husband? thanks
