Landing for people who already are in Canada

Hello,

I am currently in Canada with my family. I am an international student and my parents are here with a visitor visa. we have just been informed that our request for PR has been accepted and need to send our passports to Otawa for the entrance visa. My question is that is there anyway to do the landing process from inside the Canada such as going to a CIC office inside Canada?
I would really appreciate it if you help me out.

It's possible. Call the CIC call centre to ask for an appointment to be set up. It could be a long wait.
