Landed one month ago. No SIN yet. Kindly advice.

I landed on May 20th. There was an some issue with my details (some mismatch) so couldn't get the SIN right away. Submitted a paper application on 23rd at the SC center.

Been a month now and all I get in response is; "it's in the process" or "we're waiting to hear from IRCC".
I am losing out on job opportunities because of the delay. They don't provide me with any contact info where I can follow up. I need some suggestions please. Where can I go, whom should I talk to?

Service Canada is the responsible authority for the SIN. I don't think anyone else can help you out. You can go in person to the nearest centre and inquire again.
