I took all my original educational certificates(from secondary to masters) lamenting copy for protecting from damage or torn. After reaching Canada, I have a plan for higher study. would these lamenting copy create any problem for enrollment in University/College? Moreover, shall its require any foreign or education ministry for my education credentials in order to get job or higher study? Pl.inform me.

Lamination of documents should not be a problem. You may need to evaluate your credentials for jobs, if regulated. As far as higher education is concerned, each University/ College has their own rules....you may need to contact them individually to know what's best for you.
