Lambton college: Transfer of campus and course change

Hello,
I applied for lambton college toronto (Business management) and i have received the offer letter as well. But now i want to change my course to international business and change my campus to mississauga. Is it possible only after landing there or i can apply for the new campus and new course right now(as it is open).
Please reply anyone, on urgent basis.
