Hi,
As a Final Year student in India, my final semester exams came to a halt due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I still have two exams left to give and I don't have my graduation degree and statement of marks with me, the government has decided that the exams will be conducted but haven't given us any idea as to when or how will they be conducted, so I have no idea by which month will I receive my graduation degree, as for applying for a study permit, it is impossible without statements of marks from all of my semesters which includes the final semester statement of marks, so I am at a very confused stage right now because I had already deferred my Sept 2020 intake to Jan 2021 but now I think I will have to defer again because I will have to pay the fees for Jan 2021 by September 13, 2020 but I really don't know if the winter intake is going to be on-line or off-line, so I don't know if I should pay the fees or not, even if I pay the fees I don't know if i will receive my study permit for either on-line or off-line education because of the lack of statement of marks, even though the study permit process has been made flexible but it doesn't accommodate my unique needs, what do you recommend to do? should I defer again to May 2021/Sept 2021 or should I go ahead with Jan 2021 fee payment without knowing whether it will be off-line or online or whether I will receive my study permit or not?
