Hi,

There are not enough work history proof documents that I could arrange for my wife. In the initial application (before ITA Application), I had shown that she worked as freelancer and also worked for another company where she left without serving notice and as a result could not get any document proof for it.
What should I do for this. Although I am the primary applicant, but can I change some work information in the PR Application for my wife? Also, for the freelancer what should I submit?

Thanks in advance.

If I am right, the only points you get for your spouse is for language and education. So points wise, you should be play.
For the company she did not serve notice with, you can furnish pay slips along with a letter explaining why an experience letter cannot be procured.
For free lance work, she can submit the proof of payments she received for her work.

Spouse or common-law partner factors

Factors Points per factor
(Maximum 40 points)
Level of education 10
Official language proficiency 20
Canadian Work Experience 10

You can check in your profile how many points your spouse get.

If she haven't Canadian Experience it's pointless to fill his work story out.

You can check how many points you have, remove this two jobs and see if score didn't changes.

You should be able to provide documents supporting work story, if not available after ITA you can remove the jobs but you'll lose the points; if you stay on or over the draw score it's OK, otherwise your application will be rejected.

The work experience can be proved by means of an SD/Affidavit from colleague and other documents such as payslips, bank statements, contracts and stuff.

So in case the employer/client will not give an official letter headed reference maybe colleagues may be willing to provide a document.
