lack of consent of non accompanying parent

Hi,
I tried to contact David Cohen (the lawyer of the forum) but he has not been able to help. Please if any one who sponsored his/her offspring with the sole legal custody only please provide me with his details because i am stuck with the consent of the non accompenying father and i am unable to provide it to sponsor my son

As stated before in your previous thread, the court order giving you sole legal custody of your child is sufficient. I suggest you contact your MP.

Am I able to complain to my MP although at the site of CIC stated the consent of the non accompanying parent clearly for the sponsorship of the a child and I would like to ask if the MP complaint is the only way to solve the solution according to several successful cases before?
