We send our 5 medicals together in the first week of October, 10. I send an email in first week of December, 10 to CIC London office to inquire and they said one medical result is outstanding of my elder son and they said u can ask after completing four months that is end of Jan. 11. Can u tell me is the medical of my son missing, delay or what, when it was send with the other 4 medicals.

It means your Son's Meds haven't returned "seconded" from PMB Ottawa. Just give it 4 months (as your VO opined) & things would be alright.
