Kindly help: Need suggestion on wrongly mentioned dates of education for spouse

I applied PR under FSW1. And in last year october i got married and same i was informed to Buffalo office. They asked us to send an updated application with spouse forms....We sent my updated application kit and spouse Shedule 1 form and Additional Family Back ground form. And also attached processing fee for spouse too.

We just sent to Buffalo office and next day we recieved email that our application transfered to Newyork office. Now newyork office sent letter that by asking processing fee for spouse and RPRF fee too.

And also they attached one Application for Permanent Resident in Canada application newly(IMM008)(I didnt see this application for spouse in original FSW applications category) , shedule 1 and IMM5406. They clearly mentioned on the main page as "For Spouse".

Permanent Resident in Canada application newly(IMM008) - For Spouse - They mentioned only 4 categories. 1. Family Class 2 Refugee.... 3. Economic Class 4. Others....(box)

I guess i need to mention for my spouse as Economic Class (as my application was under FSW category and i was not recieved PR still)....Please let me know if this is right one that i can select.

And one more doubt...When we sent the application kit for spouse to buffalo office (at that time we dont know that our case was sent to newyork office)....in that we typed the wrong year for Education. And we realized that when we are going to fill the application for spouse again as Newyork aonsulate sent the application. Please let us know what should we do...

As per me, i have to update with correct dates for spouse application. I am going to add one cover letter for that...that we typed wrong year for education and i will mention to them, the updated application kit is having correct year....

Is that ok to counsulate or it will get refused? Please advice.

yes, if you are economic class, so is your spouse. Just update it with the correct info. That is what I would do anyway.
I am no expert.

Kindly let me know is this going to be any refusal of my application. That is not intention of us....But some how we have missed the correct dates.

Now they are asking me to send the spouse application kit(what they have sent to me). I will add the correct information for my spouse education there and will add one cover letter with explaining....

But my worry is they already mentioned that if i sent that application kit and RPRF fee, they are going to send medicals....is this information is going to effect me? Kindly let us know...we are very worried...

This is just my opinion. It will only affect you if the change in date makes you ineligible but if you remain eligible with the change of date, then you would be okay.

I am the principal applicant and my application review went perfectly i guess...Becuase they did not sent any letter to me on my application. We did this mistake only to my spouse when we are sending his Shedule 1 form and Additional Family information form for my spouse.

Before marriage i am eligible for 69 points...and i guess i am eligible to that points still.....

Please let me know that my thinking is correct ?
