I have a 3 years old daughter (non Canadian/PR) who would like to study JK in Canada next year (she will be taking care by Mom who is a Visitor and Grandparents who are Canadian). I know that she does not require to apply for Study Permit because it is only Kindergarten. However, when we arrives Canada at the immigration, will they reject us if we tell them that we are going there to study? Can I still apply for a study permit so that I can know in advance that she can come to Canada to study even thought it is not required? Thanks!

I don't believe it's possible to obtain a study permit for your child. You'll just have to try you luck at the border. Make sure you purchase private health insurance to cover your child in emergencies (since coverage won't be available from Canada's health care system). You will need to pay for any non-emergency care (e.g. regular visits to the doctor) yourself.

Thanks. Do I need to bring with me the proof of fund, signed the custodianship declaration, letter of acceptance just like a student?
Also how about the health check? Is it I will need to do it before renewing the visitor visa 6 months later?

Health check - no.

I would certainly carry all of the rest.
