Seniors,

1. Would you mind sharing with me the estimated/surveyed rate of success after In Process stage from RBVO stage, of fsw applications?

2. Does turning of ecas into IN PROCESS mean 67 points have bee achieved?

3. What does address disappearance from ecas and turning to IN PROCESS from RBVO signify?

Thanks and regards!

3. What does address disappearance from ecas and turning to IN PROCESS from RBVO signify?May indicate that your file is being updated....but no concrete evidence available to justify this theory

Mitali,

I saw that in one of your posts that if the application reaches "In-Process" state, it means 67 points have been awarded already, is that true ?

My CAIPS noted indicate that my application doesnt have points other than "10" age points, but my application is in process since April 2011.

I am confused......

Hi Kummy,

Pl chek the table below: After the RBVO stage the application is forwarded to IN PROCESS only if one has 67 points.

Application for Permanent Residence - Federal Skilled Worker submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, Nova Scotia

This diagram explains each step in the application process.

IN PROCESS
In Process
Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun.

The discrepancy between the CAIPS and the IN Process maybe because...CAIPS was not updated when you had ordered for it. Application cannot go In Process without 67 points and with just 10 points it would have been rejected and DM would be on ecas.

Mitali,

You could be correct, but my case doesnt prove it.

My case went into "In-process" in April 2011 and when I ordered my CAIPS in Aug, 2011 and got it in Sep-2011, it still had only 10 points for age. Other points were all "0".

How can that happen ? Please explain......
