Keeping Two Express profiles with different NOC codes

Hi,
I am IT professional and have experience in two NOC codes

• 2175 Web Developer (Leval A) and
• 0213 Computer and Information System Manager (Level 0)

Can I create two express entry profiles with these two different NOC codes ?

Please guide.

Should you? Well it's against immigration law but unfortunately nobody has faced consequences AFAIK

Now another related question.

Can I choose 2175 as my primary NOC code even though my current job belongs to NOC code 0213 ?
Note that I have experience with NOC 2175 before 2 years.
