my son has serious heart problem because of Kawasaki disease. He follows his treatment in Algeria, in parallel I am in contact with a Canadian expert on this rare disease. I read on a more complicated case than my son who is well groomed and out of danger by the same doctor. I do not know how to do to accelerate the process to obtain a temporary visa or special visa -if exist- to look after my son. Please, it's very urgent. guide me how to do please.

Your son, and whoever is accompanying him to Canada, will need to apply for a visitor visa. As part of this application you should include proof to explain why you are coming to Canada (e.g. letters from Canadian doctors). You should also include evidence that shows you have strong ties to your home country and will return home after the medical visit is complete. You will also have to show proof that you have the funds available to pay for your son's medical care in Canada and also your accommodations. If anyone is paying for your medical care or accommodations in Canada - you will need to include proof of this as well. Good luck.

It is indeed a rare disease. My oldest son had it in his early teens. If you have problems accessing assistance in Canada, you may find some in the UK. Http://www.kssg.org.uk
