I have a question regarding the TWP under NAFTA:
At the moment we are living in Germany, my husband is US-Citizen, his job falls under the list of occupations who do not need a LMO.
If he has a job offer, can he really apply for the TWP on the POE at the airport? Is a job offer enough or will he need a employment contract? So we would bring the necessary documents for a TWP, the job offer and show this the immigration officer?
