Just have awarded the VISA

Dear Friends,
I just have been awarded Temporary Resident Visa and study permit for 2 years to study a College program.
For sorry, I'm thinking of studying a different program which is not available in the college which I'm admitted now

Could I refund the fees which I have paid (7000 CAD), then apply for another program in another college with the same study permit and visa?
What I have to do my friends?

If anybody need information regarding what I have did exactly to being awarded the visa, You Welcome

I APPLIED ONLINE 10 FEBRUARY, AND GET MSG 8 APRIL
