Just got PPR - photos question

So they are requesting a photocopy of my passport photo page and two passport photos to be sent in the mail.

I am confused because I already uploaded both of these things digitally (photos taken with the standard measurements etc.) at the outset of my application. Wasn’t that the point of uploading these things.

Anyone got any insights?
