Congrats please email to your VO to requesting to change your Visa office for your wife to NDVO and they would respond in 10-15 days in another letter to submit to NDVO,i have a friend he did same,so nothing to worry.

Instead i can bring her passport to me so i'll send both passport together to Ottawa. I think that's much faster process.

It is not advised to send passports by mail/courier across countries and is not allowed. Passports cannot be sent that way and should always be with the holder.

CIC can easily check that your wife left Canada and has not had any re-entry record and it could potentially lead to issues. Either ask your wife to travel back to Canada or request for change of VO as advised.

Getting her passports couriered to you and submitting them is a big risk

She never visited Canada don't have visa. So i sent an email to CPC ottawa about this situation to request VO change for her. So can i send my passport to ottawa now??

No you definitely can't send her passport to Ottawa all the more since she does not have a visa. She should get her PR stamped in India. When you filled your PR application, in the spouse section what did you mention her country of residence as? Did you indicate Canada - which is why they sent both PPRs to Ottawa.

In any case, it does not make a difference - send them a request and get it changed.

No i filled in India even i was in India at the time of submitting my application. But my question is should i have to send my passport now and later send my wife passport to Delhi when cic reply with instructions or should i have wait for cic to reply??

In my opinion, you can send your passport separately now. Wait for them to respond to CSE for change of VO in case of your wife and then send the passport accordingly. Good luck!

I already sent email to them for VO change for my spouse so should i have to send fax instead??.
