canadian exp class requires the submission of an Record of Employment(ROE). does FSW require this government document too? has anybody successfully got the PR card without this document? And if this document is not mandatory, how do you prove your work period???? just employer letters???

I am not sure ...but your SIN should be enought for them to fetch out any detail......are you asked to share the SIN number in any of the application ?
