JUNE APPLICANTS TRV WHAT'S YOUR STATUS

hi guys
-I submitted my application for my study permit on June 4th (i know it's late but I couldn't do it any earlier due to missing paperwork)
-biometrics done and processed June 24th
-uploaded on my CAQ on the 12th of August.

and now NOTHING !!

I've raised 2 web forms.

My partner submitted his application on June 14th and we did our biometrics the same day. He got a positive answer on August 17th.


What else can I do?
When should I expect an answer?
Please someone help!!!!

hey yeah I've done my biometrics
have they sent you a letter requesting that you do them?
