Are you asking about the Inland Processing times? I suggest you have a look at the Inland 2014 thread.
Some people have heard from CIC call centre agents (not the most reliable sources I know) that the website time isn't really indicative anymore since the switch to Mississauga and that it does not necessarily reflect a delay.
