Mine was July 10th. The last update was in late July of this year, asking for additional documents. They received it in mid-August and nothing after that.

So they told you about you interview requirement around 26th July ....did they update you with interview appointment yet or still waiting?
And any additional documents asked in this time?
Hi guys today i was checking the application tracker for spouse sponsorship and I see this weird update. Always the tracker shows
Sponsor Relationship : Spouse.
But today when I checked. It showed as
Sponsor Relationship : Othes.
Why? What does that mean? What should I do? Should I call my VO and ask ?

Sorry to hear. I'm not sure how many of us from around that time are still waiting. But it upsets me when I see applications past mine or even from 2024 that I already got processed and mine didn't. That being said, that is the system, and we just have to deal with it. My destination isn't Quebec, but good luck!

Yes they asked me to bring and submit fresh police certificates since they expire after 6 months i think. Other than that i was asked to submit some forms once again which i had submitted previously when i submitted my application, maybe to compare my answers. Anyhow.... my interview was held in April and the interviewee was a very kind man. He talked so nicely... i left no truth, talked with confidence... my wife was in pakistan visiting and she accompanied me... he told me he can see and confirm that we are truly husband and wife and this is all he wanted to investigate with this interview... he asked me my future plans and gave me re-medical request since it had expired... in May i was done with medical and in June i recieved pre arrival... currently i am availing those services and waiting to recieve COPR... i sent a webform last month that said they are finalizing my application and i will soon recieve an update... i asked in the interview if i will get visa or not so i can plan ahead and i dont mind either of the decisions. He told me clearly that it is just about time... as the process finishes i can start preparing i will get PR but it will take 3 to 6 months more. Now my application is on BG check which is not completed yet but i am guessing it will check as time passes and i will recieve a final update. But again its been 3 months since fhe interview and now within the next 3 months i shoukd expect a final word.
My personal take and advice is... there is a lot of applications that are being dealt with.. some are clear and doubtless and they finish faster... but for some they have to check and ask and inquire before they can approve... it will take time but if your case is genuine and true... one day it will finish. Live your lives, not a day before its destined will the visa come...
Anyone who recently got the process done.... can you please share timeline for refference. Thanks
