Background check still in progress. Eligibility not yet started.

We applied online. All our communication has been digital so far.

Received an email telling us to login into the IRCC Secure Portal. Where I can see. The Medical Request Letter as a PDF and now this.

The Application Status Tracker portal is separate and doesn’t contain any documents/messages for us.
