Hello friends,
The new changes of July 2012 will be MI5. MI4 was the on 5 November 2011 when they made new changes to add a quota for Phd applicants. And all those applicants who applied after 5 November 2011 are MI4 applicants.
In case if you see "MI5" on CIC website after July 2012 changes, please don't get confused between the terms.
