I applied in NOC 0711 and got rejection in Nov. 2009.
Then I went for Judicial Review in Federal Court of Canada but till date nothing has received.
Can any memeber please guide how to check the CASE STATUS online, as my Consultant is not telling me anything.

You can check the status of you application by going to:
https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/?app=ecas&lang=en
You will need either your file number or any of the other parameters mentioned in the dropdown by which the system will identify you.

1. Your consultant applied for leave to appeal to the Federal Court? Or did you have a lawyer, as a consultant can't appear before the court.
2. Since leave to appeal had to be filed within in 60 days of the decision, you consultant should have provided you with a copy of the submission.
3. You can't search the Federal Court for applications submitted, only decisions.

Thanks. I had gone to lawyer thro' consultant. I am not having any direct assess to lawyer, my consultant is from Canada and lawyer too.
I even don't know that when he applied for leave. I will ask him. on net they had written that within 6 months they have to give decesion. But in my case it is already approaching 6 months. I am confused and feeling helpless. What to do?
