i was recently refused a study visa. Then i sent all my documents with caips to federal court canada ,from pakistan, for a judicial review. I need justice because the reasons of refusal were completely unlawful.
I have not hired any lawyer.
So what is gonna happen now?? I just posted the documents to federal court canada and do not know any rules to follow or procedure?
So what they gonna do with my application???
Any personal experience?

You have to hire a Canadian lawyer to represent you in federal court. If you don't hire a lawyer - your review will be automatically refused since there will be no one there to represent you.

So your next step is to hire a Canadian lawyer. Expect this to cost between $3K and $5K.

Actually you can be self represented in the Federal Court. http://cas-ncr-nter03.cas-satj.gc.ca/portal/page/portal/fc_cf_en/FAQ#7

Do I need a lawyer to prepare and file documents in the Federal Court?

Although you may represent yourself at the Federal Court, we recommend that you retain a lawyer because the procedures are complex. If you are not a lawyer, you may only represent yourself. Rule 120 of the Federal Courts Rules provides that a corporation must be represented by a lawyer unless, in special circumstances, the Court grants leave to be represented by an officer, partner, or member.

Ah - good to know.

But you have to be there in person to self-represent. Correct?

Yes in the court, but you don't have to be resident in Canada to submit a Leave to Appeal.
