Imm appeal to JR H&C SA conviction.
Have you appealed a negative decision by imm? long story short, I applied for the PR under H&C, it was denied, then my lawyer appealed it and the appeal was granted, now the appeal is under review...
The appeal was granted due to a conviction of a SA against me, he guy who did it to me was found guilty. The appeal was sent right before the sentencing hearing.
I have been waiting for around 8 months for their decision, but I have a meeting with an imm officer at the end of the month

I have not heard from my lawyer since I signed the appeal, he asked me to trust him and I got all the documents he asked me for, now I am stressed out((
