Joint bank Account title character limit?

Hello everyone. In regard to Spousal Sponsorship;

Need advice. Me and my wife recently opened a joint bank account.

Account title has my wife's complete name and then only my first name is mentioned, last name is not. As there is some characters limit. I'll try to talk to the bank if there's any solution. Though if there isn't any solution,

Is this fine? Or is it going to be some problem?

Just include a note explaining (and providing) the information that is missing. It's common (or at least it was with paper applications) to include Addendums for forms and/or individual answers.

Got it, You mean to attach a LOE, like we do in express entry PR applications? Thank you!
